Who Am I?

My Name is Dr. Hilda Wong, I graduated from Avalon University School of Medicine. Instead of going to residency to practice medicine, I started a digital watch business, which monitors your blood pressure, pulse rate, heart rate, etc. I made over six figure and sold my business for over one million.

After that, I started a marketing Agency, called Content Dog. I worked with several clients in the health, medical, tech, cannabis, pets space. Through marketing, I've learned a lot about SEO and Content writing, and how much impact it has in helping people share their knowledge.

By knowing this, I did some soul searching. I realize I still wanted to practice medicine, but in a more impactful way. That's why I created this lifestyle blog in hopes of sharing my knowledge to the world. At the end of the day, people seek knowledge from the internet, so they can feel more confident and in control about their health and life. And my job is to make sure they do!
